1. Introduction

Enfinite Technologies LLC ("Enfinite," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of the individuals who interact with our website, products, and services. This Privacy Policy is the external-facing counterpart to Enfinite's internal Data Protection Policy, which governs the technical and organizational controls we apply to data we handle. Where personal data is processed by Enfinite on behalf of a customer within our software platform, that processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA), not this Privacy Policy - see Section 2 below.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information Enfinite collects and controls directly, including from:

  • Prospective and current customers and their business contacts (e.g., individuals who request a demo, sign up for updates, or communicate with our sales and support teams)
  • Job applicants and candidates
  • Vendors, partners, and other business contacts

This policy does not apply to data our customers process using Enfinite's platform in the course of their own business (for example, operational or well data uploaded by a customer). That data is processed by Enfinite as a service provider/processor under the terms of the relevant customer agreement and DPA, and is subject to the privacy commitments in those agreements.
